Each morning I write a to-do list. Many, if not most, of the items on my to-do list appear each day. Perhaps it would be more accurate to name it my daily “reminder” list. Whatever I name it, physically writing the list each morning reminds me of what I need to do each day. I am honored to share with you the list I wrote this morning.
Begin the day with gratitude.
Experience my emotions with a welcoming attitude.
Recognize the things that make me smile.
Look for the good in my human family.
Carefully curate my thinking.
Remain curious and open to new ideas.
Cultivate kindness by being kind.
Breathe with awareness (as often as possible).
Acknowledge and embrace uncertainty.
Speak less and listen more.
Tend to the world (and myself) with tenderness.
See my suffering as a pathway to wisdom and compassion.
Walk in the truth and power of compassion.
Activate forgiveness with action and deed.
See the divine in all things.
Enjoy the beauty that surrounds me.
Spend time with my bare feet on the earth.
Honor the holiness of all life.
Pause and see the extraordinary in the ordinary.
Move through the world with grace and peace.
Receive the world with acceptance and dignity.
Share love whenever and wherever possible.
I invite you to listen to my recently released podcast with Michael Max. Michael is a curious, warm, and wonderful host and a terrific person to dialogue with. I enjoyed our conversation on his Qiological Podact and I hope you do too.
:)
I can't wait to listen to the pid; thanks for another great post!
